One credit is one minute of AI-powered practice time — a live simulation with your chosen persona, running transcription, scoring and coaching in parallel.
What happens when I run out of credits?
On Pilot you can add more at $0.45/credit. On Pro the overage rate drops to $0.20/credit. On Sandbox the account pauses — no charge, just no more calls until you upgrade.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Switching closes your current subscription and opens a new one, and credits reset to the new plan's allotment.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits are budgeted per billing period to keep the pricing predictable.
Is certification included?
Yes. Certifications are part of the journey workflow and are not charged for separately. They are evidence of readiness — a rep who has completed a journey earns one automatically.
What does the Sandbox limit?
The Sandbox plan includes 60 credits total (not per month) — enough to complete a few full practice calls. There is no time limit, but credits are not renewed.
